I’m happy to announce that my work will be on display at the Islamic Arts Expo in Lansdowne, Virginia. I won’t be there and my nafs is whining about it quite furiously. They have my name on the website and everything!
Whaaaaa-haaaaaaaa! Okay, I think I’ll be alright.

I hear such good things about Virginia and I’ve been bitten by the travel bug. OH, I WANNA GOOOOOOOOOO! But alas, I can’t. I *do* have a job and stuff. Humph!
Only my work will be there. I should have 5 to 8 pieces on display so if you are in the area and you want something free and interesting to do, check out the art show and bazaar.

does any1 know what happened to NIACF.org aka mizane gallery in Reston. the site is not there anymore and i havent heard anything new about them. i would really appreciate if any1 can update me.
